Refund and Returns Policy

Code Wizard Pro 2 (CWP2)

At Code Wizard Pro 2 we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains our refund and return rules for the two types of products we sell. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

1. CWP2 Application (Software + USB Dongle)

The CWP2 Application includes the downloadable software and a physical USB security dongle pre-loaded with 200 calculation tokens.

You have the standard 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the USB dongle.

Full refund is possible only if the product remains completely unused and no tokens have been consumed (no calculations performed).

To request a refund:

Please contact us via the Contact page with your order number.

We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and return address.

Return the dongle in its original, unused condition with all packaging (return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty). Once we receive and inspect the unused dongle, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

If any tokens have been used the purchase is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.

2. Online Code Calculations

Online PIN Codes, Incodes, Key Bitting Codes and similar services are digital, one-time-use items that are calculated and sent by email instantly (or within the stated delivery time) after payment.

Refunds are not available for successfully calculated codes.

Only exception: If the code is genuinely unavailable from the server (through no fault of yours), we will issue a full refund.

We cannot offer refunds for:

Incorrect VINs you provide

Codes rejected by the vehicle (e.g. module replaced after factory, system lockouts, etc.)

Change of mind

Please verify compatibility and double-check your VIN/request details before purchasing by purchasing an Online Code you give your express consent for us to begin supplying the digital service immediately. This means you lose your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period once the code has been generated and delivered.

3. Extra Token Packs

Token packs are digital credits for use with the CWP2 Application.

They are non-refundable once the purchase is complete and the tokens have been credited to your account.

4. Faulty Items

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights:

If the USB dongle arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

Fill out our form on the Contact page with the following:-

Your order number

Reason for the request

Any supporting evidence (photos for physical items)

We aim to reply within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–14 business days.

6. General Conditions

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or repeated returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies.
