We aim to deliver your code within 1 hour of receiving your request. The MG code server is only available from approximately 6 AM to 3 PM GMT. Outside these hours, delivery will be delayed until the server reopens the next working period. You will receive an email with your code as soon as it is generated. Others servers are available 24/7.

Refunds are not available for successfully calculated codes, as they are digital, one-time-use items sent instantly after payment. The only exception is if the code is genuinely unavailable from the server. In that case, we will refund the full amount. Please verify compatibility and VIN/request code before purchasing.

The codes we provide are the original factory-logged codes and are correct for your vehicle. If the code is rejected, the system may be locked after multiple attempts — wait at least 1 hour before trying again. Alternatively, one or more modules on the vehicle may have been replaced or reprogrammed since leaving the factory. We can only supply codes logged at the factory. PIN Code = Electronic security code for programming and diagnostics.
Key Code = Mechanical code for cutting a physical key

Both may be needed for full vehicle access (e.g. PIN for programming a new key fob and Key Code for cutting the blade).

Your Security Key is switched to USB mode instead of HID mode. Install drivers using _SetupDrv utility from drivers folder and re-connect USB key. Switch USB key back to HID mode with Set_USB_Mode utility – press 2, then 3 and re-connect the key.

Yes, you need to install Parallels Desktop and create a virtual machine with Windows. Then download and install Code Wizard Pro 2 application on a virtual machine.

Once purchased you will be sent a USB dongle that will allow you to unlock the full software, it comes preloaded with 200 tokens. Codes are calculated using a token system.

The CWP2 software can be installed from the product page for free here. Once you have purchase the full product you will then be posted a USB dongle to unlock the full software. The demo version allows you to calculate code algorithms to a limited section of vehicles, you will need to purchase the full version to gain access to a wider range of vehicles.

200 tokens come included and you can purchase more through the extra tokens section on this website. Tokens then deplete after every use.

Dongles are despatched the next working day for next day delivery. Orders outside the United Kingdom will arrive a few days later. Tracking number will be supplied via email on despatch.
