The software programme CWP2  will need to be installed you can download it HERE. Once you have bought the product you will then be sent a USB dongle which will allow you to unlock the software program to use. The demo version will allow you to calculate code algorithms to a limited section of vehicles, you will need to purchase the full version to grant access to wider range of vehicles.
Tokens come included and can also be purchased through the extra tokens section on this website. Tokens then deplete after every use more tokens can be purchased through the extra tokens section on our website.

Delivery
Orders are despatched within 2-3 business days.
Deliveries outside the United Kingdom will be sent via DHL Express and can take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with details on delivery including a tracking number.

Returns or Replacements
Damaged products are exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at admin@cwp2.co.uk and upload a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product and we will give you a response as soon as possible.
You will need to provide us with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
